Ringing the bell at the entrance every time was frustrating, especially in the heat!!! Secure key access for entry might alleviate some irritation. The narrow alleyway approach created unnecessary stress while arriving at the hotel!!!

Great location in the heart of Gaziantep's old town. Easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. The historical building has a lot of character, with beautifully renovated rooms and a lovely ambiance. The courtyard area for breakfast was delightful, serving an ample selection of traditional dishes. Staff were genuinely kind, helping us navigate the narrow streets to find the hotel, which was incredibly helpful. However, parking was a nightmare. The narrow streets made driving stressful, especially when searching for the designated parking area. The noise from the lobby near our room could be disruptive, particularly in the evenings. Overall, a charming stay with a few hiccups that can be improved.
